Zevalin: Approved Indication

• The Zevalin regimen is indicated for the treatment of patients with :

  • relapsed or refractory low-grade, follicular or transformed B-cell NHL

  •   including patients with Rituximab-refractory follicular B-cell NHL.

• Zevalin: Patient Exclusion Criteria

  • >25% lymphoma marrow involvement
  • Impaired bone marrow reserves, as indicated by
    • Hypocellular bone marrow (<15% cellularity; marked reduction in bone marrow precursors)
    • Platelet count <100,000/µL or ANC <1500/µL 
    • Prior myeloablative therapies with ABM or PBSC transplantation
    •  History of failed stem cell collection
  • Known type I hypersensitivity or anaphylactic reactions to murine proteins or to any component of this product
